Loaded Boneless Wings Delish
These loaded boneless wings are a tasty new take on an old favorite. Its baked chicken bites that are crispy on the outside and melted cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, and sour cream on top.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C
Break up the bread and Parmesan cheese in a bowl
Add salt and pepper to the chicken pieces
Cover chicken pieces with the breadcrumb mix, then put them on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
Place the chicken in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and golden
Take the chicken out of the oven and cover it with barbecue sauce
The chicken should have green onions, bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese on top of it
Put it back in the oven and bake for five more minutes, or until the cheese melts and starts to bubble
Put some sour cream on top and serve it hot
