Brownie Oreo Ice Cream Bars

Enjoy these tasty ice cream bars that are a decadent mix of brownies, Oreos, and vanilla ice cream. Its great for summer or any time you want a cool, sweet treat

Ingredients:
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1
  • 5 quarts vanilla ice cream
  • 20 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Put brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water in a bowl and mix them together

Mix everything together well

Its best to use a 9x13-inch baking pan that has been lined with parchment paper

Put it in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean

Allow it to totally cool down

Spread vanilla ice cream over the brownie layer once it is cool

On top of the ice cream, sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies

Put hot fudge sauce on top of the Oreo layer

Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it gets hard

Make bars and serve
