Pull-Apart Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

Pull-Apart Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are a tasty take on regular lasagna. They are made with softly shredded chicken and creamy Alfredo sauce, then rolled up in lasagna noodles and baked until they are golden brown. Great for a cozy family dinner or a special event

Ingredients:

  • 8 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375F 190C

Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente

Drain and set aside

In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce until well combined

Spread a thin layer of the chicken Alfredo mixture onto each lasagna noodle

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken Alfredo mixture on each noodle

Roll up each lasagna noodle tightly

Slice each rolled lasagna noodle into 2-inch pieces

Arrange the slices, cut side up, in a baking dish

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving
