Lazy Vegan Bread

This Lazy Vegan Bread recipe requires minimal effort and basic ingredients. Perfect for those lazy days when you crave freshly baked bread without much work.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

Mix the yeast, sugar, salt, and flour in a large bowl

Mix in the warm water until a dough forms

Place the bowl somewhere warm and cover it with a towel

Wait an hour

Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C

Put the dough in a loaf pan that has been greased

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is golden

Before cutting the bread, let it cool down
