Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- Green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, toss thinly sliced flank steak with cornstarch until evenly coated
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
Add garlic and ginger, saut until fragrant
Add coated flank steak to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides
Transfer steak to a slow cooker
