Grilled Sweet n Spicy Bang Bang Chicken Kabobs
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce adjust to taste
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade
Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat
Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers
Place the chicken skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char
While grilling, brush the chicken with any remaining marinade for added flavor
