Cake Mix Parfait

Enjoy a tasty parfait made from a simple cake mix. It has layers of moist cake, rich pudding, fresh berries, and whipped cream. A quick dessert that looks great for any event

Ingredients:
  • 1 box of cake mix flavor of your choice
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1 package of instant pudding mix flavor matching cake mix
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup of crushed cookies optional

Instructions:

Follow the directions on the box to make the cake mix

In a sheet pan, bake the cake and let it cool all the way down

Add 1 1/2 cups of milk to the instant pudding mix and let it set

Once the cake is cool, cut it into little cubes

Put cake cubes, pudding, whipped cream, berries, and more cake cubes in serving glasses

Add a dollop of whipped cream to the top of each parfait and, if you want, sprinkle with crushed cookies
